VOLMER BAHNER DENMARK STERLING SILVER ENAMEL OPEN SALT CELLAR ~ HANS JENSEN STERLING SILVER SALT SPOON Volmer Bahner Denmark Sterling Silver Enamel Open Salt Cellar & Hans Jensen Sterling Silver Enamel Salt Spoon. This is such a great mismatched set that I was shocked when I discovered it is a married set! Color is exact and the design is almost identical. So, rather than sell them separate, they remain together. Beautiful pale green enamel and a leafy design on the bowl of the cellar and the handle of the salt spoon. The bottom of the salt cellar is marked Sterling Denmark and the VB for Volmer Bahner. The back of the spoon is marked Sterling Denmark & HJ for Hans Jensen. The salt cellar is in excellent condition with no visible damage. No chips or cracks on the enamel. The spoon on the other hand has some mild damage. A chipped area on the enamel. See picture. The salt cellar measures just under 2" across the top by 7/8" high. Spoon measures 2 3/8" long. Starts low with no reserve! Nice open salt cellar & spoon for any collection!
